The application was designed for creating reports from property handover inspections, construction inspections, property transfers, and periodic building inspections.
It enables all data to be collected during the inspection process itself, without the need to later rewrite notes or organise documentation. During inspections, you can:

What is ATSEP Inspection and who is it intended for?
ATSEP Inspection is an application dedicated to participants in the construction process who, on a daily basis, document the technical condition of buildings, record defects and faults, and prepare reports required under construction law regulations. Its primary users include investment supervision inspectors, site managers, building technical inspection specialists, and gas installation inspectors.
Each of these professional groups performs differently defined tasks, which is why the application has been divided into specialised variants rather than offered as a single monolithic tool.
The system operates in both mobile and web environments, meaning that inspectors can record defects directly on-site using a smartphone, while project managers can review and export data from a computer in the office. Data synchronisation, project change notifications, and the ability to work collaboratively with role-based access make ATSEP Inspection a replacement for a field notebook, defect log, and report editor at the same time.
Defect Management – Basic Module (Basic and Engineer)
The core of the application is a defect registration and management module, available in Basic, Developer, and Engineer variants. A site manager or construction inspector creates a project corresponding to a specific structure or stage of works, uploads building plans in PDF format or as raster images, and then places defect location markers directly on floor plans of each storey. Each defect can be assigned an unlimited number of photos, a written description, additional notes, and a status.
Defect archiving with continuous numbering allows users to distinguish resolved issues from active ones without deleting historical records – a requirement that is particularly important during final inspections and warranty claims. The ability to batch-select defects and perform group operations (such as status changes or exporting photos as a ZIP archive) significantly reduces working time during the documentation of extensive defects prior to building inspections.
Developer Variant – Digital Document Workflow for Property Handover
The Developer edition has been specifically designed to address the unique requirements of the residential and commercial property handover process, where the formal acceptance of the inspection report by both parties to the developer agreement is a key element. The application enables both the developer and the customer to provide legally documented digital signatures directly on a mobile device, eliminating the need to print the report and subsequently scan a signed paper copy.
Additionally, the Developer edition introduces a claim validation mechanism. The inspector or the developer’s representative can classify each reported defect as either valid or invalid, with a mandatory justification for the decision. This distinction is particularly important when handling warranty claims, as some reported issues may result from normal wear and tear or damage occurring after the property handover, rather than from construction defects.
